Dr. Jo Ann Jameson

- Dr. Jo Ann J. Jameson is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a proud alumnus of Duval County Public Schools. She pursued higher education at Valencia Community College, Orlando, Florida in Accounting which gave her leadership experience in Corporate America. She received ministry training and development at The Way of Life School of Ministry under the skillful tutelage of Dr. Christine S. Long. She furthered her education at the International Seminary, Plymouth, Florida and Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Jacksonville, Florida where she received a Bachelors in Christian Education, a Master’s in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology.
- Pastor J, as she is so affectionately christened by her church family, faithfully shepherds the flock of The Way of Life Ministries. Prior to becoming the Pastor, she humbly served as the Assistant Pastor of the church. She is a member of The American Association of Christian Counselors and former Facilitator for International Seminary’s Satellite Classes.
- Pastor Jameson is anointed and chosen by God to effectively teach the uncompromising, unadulterated truth of God’s Word. She is passionate about ministering the Word of God with clarity; to effectively promote change in the lives of God’s people. Her practical teaching is strategically designed to equip and inspire the body of Christ with the biblical/scriptural knowledge to grow in the strength and maturity of God’s Word and to walk in the power, authority, and victory of sons and daughters of God.
- In addition to sharing her ministry gifts within the body of Christ, Pastor Jameson selflessly shares these gifts of wisdom and knowledge to develop, mentor, and influence future leaders to reach their fullest potential in various areas of their lives to include education, business, relationships, health, etc. She encourages and challenges the individuals to reach beyond their “good” to become their “best.” She fully embraces her purpose and calling to reach the lost through the love of Jesus Christ.
- Pastor Jameson believes and stands faithfully on Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Women's History Month is an annual observance to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society. Celebrated during March in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, corresponding with International Women's Day on March 8, it is observed during October in Canada, corresponding with the celebration of Persons Day on October 18.[1]
